A new blog post everyone. Don't spend it all in one place.

Watching my new favorite show, "The Natalie Gulbis Show." Not only did I learn how to hit a strong fairway-wood shot, but I got to see what goes into her preparation for an FHM bikini shoot.

It's an odd kind of show because her dad plays a prominent role and you get the feeling she gets her looks from the maternal side of the family. The other thing I am taking out of this episode is that Gulbis understands the corporate side of life, which is smart because Gulbis has always done a great job of marketing herself.

The other thing I am taking from this particular episode is that Gulbis is beautiful. Back to the grind.

No blog updates in a while because there is nothing going on at the moment. We're at the time of year when we only really worry about position on the money list (top-30 for Tour Championship, top-125 for cards for next year, top-215, which still nets you a six-figure year, so I don't do a whole lot of crying for those that don't get their cards.)
Here are some quick-hit thoughts:
- I don't care that Phil Mickelson doesn't want to play anymore. If he wants to be with his family, so be it. Just ask him if he wants to play in the Ryder or Presidents Cup, because, to be kind, Mickelson didn't seem interested in being in Ireland.
- I like Nick Faldo a lot and don't like Lanny Wadkins, so I like the move by CBS. It will be curious to see how it works because CBS is the reverent broadcast despite Misters McCord and Feherty. Faldo is British, so he's funny. He could easily make a comment that will ruffle the elitist feathers of the folks in Augusta.

That's all. I'll see ya when something happens.
